Rinah Lerma is the Executive Director and Founder of Canvas Connection, a neuro-affirming nonprofit creating immersive, universally designed spaces and events for all minds and bodies. A U.S. Army veteran with a background in global logistics and mission coordination, Rinah brings strategic planning and a whole-human approach to community inclusion.
Drawing on her lived experience as a neurodivergent women and mother of three, Rinah leads Canvas Connection in delivering immersive, non-clinical environments that support regulation, creativity, and connection for all ages. Her vision is to make accessibility and universal design a standard in public and private spaces, fostering communities where everyone can fully participate and thrive.
